The protective doors and hatches manufactured by JTK Power protects people in civil defense shelters during emergency situations. Our products include S1-class civil defense doors and hatches. Additionally, we produce S2- and S3-class civil defense doors and other special doors upon request.
Our products are designed and sized to meet the requirements set out by laws and regulations. These requirements are established by the Finnish Ministry of the Interior, and our products are approved by Eurofins. The civil defense doors are made of steel and comply with the specified pressure requirements.
In addition to standard products, we can also design and manufacture custom solutions tailored to specific needs in collaboration with our clients.
We also supply wall sleeves for civil defense shelters and produce other types of hatches upon request.

Civil Defense Shelter Doors SO-1 and Protective Hatch HS-1
The standard door sizes are 900x2000 mm or 1200x2000 mm. The hatches are 600x800 mm or 700x1200 mm.
The products often need to be splinter-proof, with type designations SO-1s or HS-1s.

Collapse-Resistant Hatch HKLD
This hatch is installed at the top of an emergency exit passage. The standard sizes are 710x710 mm and 1000x1000 mm.
Vehicle- and Collapse-Resistant Hatch HKLC
This hatch is installed at the top of an emergency exit passage and is used when the exit is located in an area with vehicle traffic, i.e. parking lot. The standard size is 710x710 mm.
Thermal Insulation Hatch LEL
This hatch is installed outside the emergency exit hatch HS-1. The standard sizes are 600x800 mm and 700x1200 mm.
Exterior Emergency Exit Hatch with Grating
This hatch is necessary when fresh air is taken through the emergency exit, and the hatch needs to be mounted on the vertical section of the wall. The standard sizes are 600x800 mm and 700x1200 mm.
